A modular solution for laying turnouts and handling track panels
TB300 lifting machines are designed to optimize the lifting of track panels and turnouts in railway construction sites. This rugged machine comprises an electro-welded steel structure with two vertical lift columns which enable it to operate independently on either railway wagons or other transport vehicles.
Each TB300 unit has lifting capacity of 30 tonnes and is able to operate both individually and as part of a group, for laying turnouts or handling complete track panels. The mobile couplings between the various parts of the frames are made using low-friction plastic pads to guarantee smooth, safe movement.
