SRT has produced the vehicles used in Norway for the renewal of two of the country’s historic railway lines.
The rolling stock used for the project are Sgmns wagons with a Dynamic Hopper System outfitting: SRT brand modular platforms that allow a wide range of fittings for the construction and maintenance of railway infrastructures to be installed.
The project will renew about 150 km of track on two strategically important infrastructures: the Østfold Line connecting the capital Oslo with Sweden, and the Ofoten Line linking Sweden to the port of Narvik, a city located 200 km north of the Arctic Circle.
The choice of SRT modular platforms for this international project is a further demonstration of the strength, solidity and versatility of these vehicles, which are able to operate in any context.
