SRT and Colmar: a single entity serving the railway sector

On 1st February 2025, SRT merged with Colmar Technik, completing the integration process that began in August 2023 with the acquisition.

This important milestone represents the final step in an ongoing integration journey, during which the two companies joined forces and strengths to face global market challenges together.

The industrial and commercial synergies between the two entities have already allowed SRT to expand its product range with Colmar branded machines – renowned for being efficient and innovative bi-modal vehicles – while also contributing strong engineering skills and in-depth knowledge of the railway construction and maintenance sector.

Thanks to this merger, consolidation and further enhancement of the synergies already achieved will be possible, both in terms of production processes and commercial strategy.
